Our team is dedicated to transforming construction by offering modular structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner & Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible and accountable for ensuring our office and manufacturing facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position combines general cleaning duties with basic maintenance tasks to support a productive and hygienic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

  • Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.

  • Empty trash bins and recycling containers.

  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain hygiene standards.

  • Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions as needed.

Maintenance Duties:

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify repair needs.

  • Perform minor repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing door handles, unclogging drains).

  • Assist with basic upkeep of manufacturing areas, including spill cleanup and equipment wipe-down.

  • Report major maintenance issues to the Plant Manager promptly.

  • Support preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and building systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in cleaning and/or maintenance roles preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor repairs.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills. 

Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional evening or weekend work for deep cleaning or urgent repairs.

  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and moderate noise levels in manufacturing areas.
