Job Title: Electrical Supervisor – Modular Construction (Factory Assembly)

Location: Woodstock, NB

Employment Type: Full-Time (41.5 hrs/week)

Wage: $35 - $38/hour

The Electrical Supervisor leads a crew of licensed electricians and electrical assemblers to safely and efficiently install and test electrical systems in modular units (factory-built). This role drives quality, schedule adherence, and cost control while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and company standards. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the ideal candidate blends hands-on expertise with people leadership in an innovative modular factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks and balance workloads to meet daily output targets.

  • Coach, mentor, and performance-manage team members; conduct toolbox talks and skills training.

  • Review plan sets for accuracy.

  • Ensure correct assembly from shop drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Adhere to applicable codes.

  • Complete quality control checks.

  • Maintain safe work practices for team.

  • Strive to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a licensed electrician with 2+ years supervising crews.

  • Working knowledge of Canadian Electrical Codes, electrical installation best practices, and reading shop drawings.

  • Proven experience with quality assurance processes and electrical testing tools.

  • Strong safety leadership.

  • Experience with modular construction (preferred).
