Job Title: General Laborer – Modular Construction (Factory Assembly)

Location: Woodstock, NB

Employment Type: Full-Time (41.5 hrs/week)

Wage: $18-$20/hour

We are looking for dependable General Laborers to join our modular construction factory team. This role focuses on the assembly of modular building components in a controlled, indoor environment. The ideal candidates will work efficiently, ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble modular building components (walls, floors, ceilings) according to specifications.

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and accurately.

  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Inspect components for quality and report any defects or issues.

  • Move and position materials using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed).

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or construction is an asset.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
