Our team is dedicated to transforming construction by offering modular structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible and accountable for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and components essential to modular construction projects. This position oversees the storage, tracking, and distribution of inventory to production stations, on-site locations, and dealer locations. The Inventory Manager collaborates closely with procurement, production, logistics, and project management teams to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and support just-in-time delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee the receipt and consumption of production materials, ensuring accurate inventory counts and database management within the company ERP system.

·        Develop and implement inventory management policies, monitor inventory levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and analyze demand patterns to forecast future inventory needs.

·        Maintain an efficient inventory tracking systems, utilize appropriate software and tools, and regularly update inventory records.

·        Identify opportunities to streamline inventory management processes, propose and implement process improvements, and monitor the effectiveness of these improvements.

·        Coordinate processes and shared resources with production, procurement, and logistics teams.

·        Ensure safety protocols and procedures are always followed by material handlers.

Qualifications:

·        A college diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Building Systems. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

·        5+ years experience in managing construction or manufacturing inventory 

·        Knowledge of construction materials and processes

·        Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

·        Outstanding digital technology and data management skills

·        Excellent leadership and team management skills

·        In-depth knowledge of scheduling and budgeting

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and applications.

·        English language proficiency
