Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor - Modular Construction

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Location: Woodstock, NB

Description:

Ironwood Modular Solutions is looking for a plumbing supervisor to lead a team in our new modular manufacturing facility. We offer year-round employment in a controlled environment, a company bonus plan, an overtime top-up of $3/hr, and a minimum of 3 weeks paid vacation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks and balance workloads to meet daily output targets.

• Coach, mentor, and performance-manage team members; conduct toolbox talks and skills training.

• Review plan sets for accuracy.

• Ensure correct assembly from shop drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

• Adhere to applicable codes.

• Complete quality control checks.

• Maintain safe work practices for team.

• Strive to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a licensed plumber with 2+ years supervising crews

• Proven experience with quality assurance processes

• Strong safety leadership

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with modular construction (preferred)
